BACKGROUND

We’re delighted to welcome back into the showroom one of our favourite Porsche’s and an example we know very well having had the pleasure to supply to its most recent owner. This 996 GT3 was delivered new to Porsche Centre Reading on the 8^th of March 2005, since then it has been serviced solely by Porsche main dealers throughout its life. In 2005 only 39 GT3’s were delivered, of which 29 were in ‘comfort’ specification, although this car was optioned with the iconic ‘elephant ear’ Recaro bucket seats from the factory and then had the Porsche Tequipment roll cage fitted later in its life. With a superb history folder accompanying the GT3 with invoices dating back to 2005, the Certificate of Authenticity and a letter directly from Porsche Reading on production numbers, it’s lovely details like this that really show the care and attention from its previous custodians. This example presents in fantastic condition and has PPF applied to the front end to preserve it as best as possible, we’re over the moon to have this GT3 back with us again and look forward to finding it a new home.
