Senior Service Advisor
(Role Commences May 2024)

RPM Technik is one of the UK’s leading Independent Porsche Specialists with a fantastic reputation in service, sales, restoration, upgrades and track day support. Operating out of our HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire. The company has 29 employees and was established in 2001. To satisfy ambitious growth plans, we are recruiting a Senior Service Advisor to work alongside the Aftersales Manager. 

The role is a one of-of-a-kind opportunity to work in an independently owned Porsche specialist. You will be given genuine input at all levels, working collaboratively alongside the Aftersales Manager and the management team towards the business’s goals, and your own successes and rewards.

Job description for this Senior Service Advisor role:

• With a very hands-on leadership style the Senior Service Advisor will oversee the majority of the routine jobs through the Retail workshops. The role will include daily interaction with the Technicians, Parts Managers and Front of House staff. 
• You will be required to assist in the continual improvements to work processes and systems to maximise profitability of the department as a whole and driving the business forward.
• You will ensure that all vehicle repair work is carried out within an operational framework and to a standard that meets or exceeds all relevant legislation, good practice guidelines whilst delivering first-class client service.
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
• End of day reporting and working closely with the Aftersales Manager to support when needed. 

Working Hours

8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

One half day Saturday (9-1pm) in every four weeks
