993 CARRERA RS REFRESH
SUMMARY
A lot went into this refresh, but here are some of the key features:
- Full Service
- Replace front brake discs and pads
- All brake calipers stripped down and powder coated
- New Speedline wheels with new Michelin Pilot Sport tyres
- New KW V3 suspension
- Original suspension sent for recommissioning
- LED bulb upgrade
- Front end PPF
Complete detail including:
- Complete wheels-off detail
- Multi-stage polish
- New and original wheels both ceramic coated
- All plastics re-dyed and coated
- Complete interior detail including engine bay and front compartment
- Leather seats reconnolised
This wonderful Guards Red 993 Carrera RS arrived with us after a lengthy journey from the other side of the world. Originally purchased and registered in New Zealand (hence being a RHD example), the car was imported to the UK by the client before bringing it to our air-cooled department.
The refresh on this RS was quit extensive, including new front brake discs, a set of KW V3 coilovers (The original suspension will be sent away for recommissioning and will remain with the car for originality) and a new set of speedline wheels.
During its time with us, the 993 also underwent a complete detailing treatment, leaving it looking quite possibly, even better than when it first left the factory!
