The first of our PCGB track events. Silverstone needs no introduction. It is a super historic circuit and the home of the British Grand Prix. It is a great circuit for Porsche GT cars in particular, as it is one of the few circuits where the more powerful cars really get to stretch their legs. At just under 6km long, there is a wonderful mix of straights, slow and high-speed corners. Billiard smooth tarmac and arguably the widest circuit for ease of overtaking. Good run off areas around most of the circuit also helps build confidence. It is great to have a Porsche only day at Silverstone and there is always a wide spread of drivers and cars so be aware of speed differentials and make sure you give respect to  the novice drivers.
