  1. The ‘Michelin Car Promotion’ (the ‘Promotion’) is open to all consumers who are residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except Michelin Tyre PLC’s (the ‘Promoter’) employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, including tyre dealer’s employees. This offer is open to car retail customers only for private use (excludes company vehicle drivers) and Trade Van customers (excludes Michelin contract Fleets).
  2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  3. Claimants may make more than one claim, however, only one claim per vehicle is permitted. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
  4. Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks and to validate your claim.
  5. Cashback will be issued to claimants via direct bank transfer in line with the following values: When purchasing four tyres in 19” or above, £100 cashback. When purchasing two tyres in 19” or above, £40 cashback. When purchasing four tyres in 18”, £50 cashback. When purchasing two tyres in 18”, £20 cashback. When purchasing four tyres in 17” or 16”, £40 cashback. When purchasing two tyres in 17” or 16”, £15 cashback. Tyres purchased in 15” or below are not eligible for cashback under this promotion. Direct bank transfers will be processed within 60 days from receipt of claim (subject to clause 10).
  6. The Promotion is only available at participating dealers. A list of participating dealers can be found at michelin.co.uk/auto/promotionsmichelin/auto or by calling the helpline number 0330 053 7563. If you are in doubt, please ask your tyre dealer if your purchase will qualify for this Promotion in advance of your purchase.
  7. Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at offer.michelin.co.uk/springnational24-uk and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. Such receipt may be authenticated with the participating Dealer. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. An on-screen confirmation is provided upon successful submission of the claim.
  8. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In such circumstances, payment to the Claimant’s bank account may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied that the claim is legitimate. In order to satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information including but not limited to the claimant’s name, email address, physical address, vehicle registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time, on a notice period it deems reasonable in all the circumstances.
