BACKGROUND

Originally supplied to an American Porsche dealer in December 1974, this 914 was purchased from an Architect in Oregon and imported to the UK in 2008. In 2020 the car was purchased by a serious Porsche collector and the engine was fully stripped and rebuilt along with the gearbox and all ancillaries. The car was restored with a full repaint and assembly. If you have never driven a 914, you need to. The car is precise, handles perfectly on the road due to its low weight and provides a modern level of performance which surprises everyone. As with all aircooled Porsches, the sound track is epic and made even more intoxicating due to being able remove the Targa roof panel. We have fallen for this little beauty! The history file notes all recent work and also receipts from the US dating back to 1991 along with photos from its time in the USA and when being restored here.
