You can rest assured that your air-cooled Porsche is in safe hands, benefitting from period correct tooling and diagnostic machines such as Bosch MotorTester, K-Jetronic, D-Jetronic and Motronic testing equipment, along with a period ABS tester. It’s taken a long time to source this equipment and there are very few specialists that either have it, or know how to operate it.

A dedicated air-cooled Porsche team

Our air-cooled Porsche team is managed by Chris Boys who has worked on classic Porsche models since 1983. Chris has been both a technician and a workshop manager over the years, and as a result, has seen pretty much everything that air-cooled Porsches could throw at him!

Chris works alongside Ollie Preston who founded RPM Technik, and back in the early 1990’s was Chris’ apprentice! We also have Stuart D’Archambaud who has been working with us for over a decade and is a specialist in fabrication, pretty much essential on classic cars.

The final piece of the air-cooled team puzzle is Steve, who is the lucky gent learning from these guys.
